What happens if...

Commander – Europe at War Gold is the first in a series of high level turn based strategy games. The first game spans WW2, allowing players to control the axis or allied forces through the entire war in the European Theatre.

What happens if...

....I as the allied player conquer Spain (I guess they surrender when I take Madrid?) and my brother has sent german troops to help defend that country. Will the german units disappear too or will they remain where they are and fight on?

I didn't think the allies were allowed to attack Spain in this game

German troops will fight on, but may be out of supply.
