This is some weird faeces

Hey this must count as about the weirdest thing I've ever seen in TOAW3, and to be honest I dont even have any proof that I did see it.

My opponent and I are playing Europe Aflame. I'm the allies in 1943 and I've just invaded Spain successfully. However, there are spanish (republican I presume) guerillas running around all over the show. In southern Spain near the border with France, my opponent pushed 1/3 of one such guerilla onto a sea supply road. The damn thing was in reorg so I couldnt disband it for a couple of turns, but then (and this is the odd bit) he started insisting that I remove it from the land hex adjascent to the first sea road hex. Except on my turn, it was sitting on the sea supply road (not in retreated status or anything).

Anyway, the last turn before I did finally manage to remove it, I found it sitting on the sea supply road with only 2/3 of its movement points left and I couldnt disband it.

Is this really weird, or am I missing something?
