problems with 2.08

problems with 2.08

I Updated to 2.08 and now it will not run Play game.
I tried quickstart menu and error

could not find d3dx9_37.dll

can anyone help with that, I have searched forums for troubleshooting but have found nothing.

Should I reinstall 2.06 and how?

The 2.08 update and most all BOBII updates require the latest DirectX:
