Game Speed?

Game Speed?

I asked this in the support section of the COI forums a few days ago, but it appears to have been missed (very little activity there), so I thought I would check here in the WAR forum. Anything thoughts on this game speed issue? I have a video that demonstrates what I am seeing.

I am now under the impression that this is normal behavior, but I'd like to get confirmation. Thanks!

I watched the video and that does not seem normal. Have you checked video adapter drivers to see if they are up to date?

Drivers are definitely up to date, as I play a lot of other more intense games on that machine. I am seeing the same behavior on two machines.
