Wow - great one guys. My lovely girlfriend is going to visit her mother tonight...so I'm plan to immerse myself in SPWAW.

Just one wee question. I just started another compaign after downloading 2.1 patch. Can I keep using this campaign with 2.2 and enjoy the benefits of the later patch?

Many thanks.

I think it should work. You could start a campaign in 2.0 and continue it in 2.1, so I think in 2.2 you can continue too Image

So let me get this straight. You guys have released three (3!!) patches in the space of a week or so, you are not getting any sort of income from the persons aquiring the game, and some of you are married? No no, this is a government plot to introduce genetically altered lettuce into the food supply isn't it? ISN'T IT?
Damn, I wish half (ok, all) the games I payed for had released patches that fast. Heck it would be nice if they had released three patches. And believe me, the close combat games all need at least a third patch badly.
On a side note, I have taken a completely new attitude towards those games for their AFV kills. After SPWAW came out, I started to notice how ridiculous pretty much all the kills happen in those games with angled shots and the fact that just about every penetrating hit was a fatal hit.
Anyways, I am totally amazed at the efficiency of the folks at Matrix.
Wait I figured it out now. You are all actually robots and don't need to sleep, eat, or pretend to listen to the wife.

Yes, it's seriously impressive stuff. I haven't been able to do more than choose a core force before yet another patch.
