Game crash using Editor v 1.04

Help please
I tried using the Slitherine editor v 1.04. My game version is 1.07. The game loads and runs fine until I edit a scn file and place it in the scenarios folder. Then it crashes during the Slitherine splash screen. Anyone have an answer?
system is vista 64.
