Nktoawrez problem

Hi,

Love TOAW III, but it's gone on me.

a.) I have both the download and the CD.
b.) I have done countless deletes and new installs.
c.) When I try to start, I get

nktoawrez.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

and then
it tells me there is a problem with the serial number, which there is not, as I am inputting it correctly, with dashes from the CD.

Any help?

You are on vista, right ? Don't use the matrix launcher, start the game direct from the opart3.exe, in XP compatibility mode

No, I'm on XP. The game doesn' start in OPart3 either

Send an email to support@matrixgames.com, they should be able to help you with a serial number issue.
