Just where is this Editor?????

So, after an hour searching, all I can find is an Editor for v1.04 of the game. I can find NO editor ANYWHERE on either the Matrix or Slitherine sites, the one editor I did find was one a random site.

Pretty unimpressed I have to say. It shouldn't be this difficult to find.
