Supply Problem

I have a question regarding supply and at which point of the turn is it traced to a friendly depot? I am playing a head to head campaign, I am germans opp is US. We are playing with the beta patch. We are on day three, several of my BGs that were out of supply have been reconnected.

Here is the scenario, beginning of day three prior to the strategic move, KG Pieper is in Meyerode full control of map, KG Hansen is in Andler full control of map, 18th VG is in Schonberg full control of map, 62 VG in Winterspelt full control of map, KG Bremer is in Habsheid with full control of the map. Based on this all of these groups can trace supply back to Habscheid. However, KG Peiper, Hansen, and the 18th VG, did not regain any ammo or fuel this turn.
