RHS Fighter Utilities 7.957 Updates

These reflect slight changes for RHS 7.957 series updates in the armament of certain Allied fighters,
and corrects some eratta present in the utilities. The P-43A was given two slots - one for the form in which it starts the game and one for any unit upgrading to it - called P-43A Start and P-43A Upgrade.

These are uploaded to the RHS Primary Distribution list.

The latest RHS fighter spreadsheets are now available at the RHS web site.
