Scenario designers wanted!

Post by macgregor »

If you've been reading my latest posts, you probably have an inkling of what I've been up to. What i have is a plan to make a scenario that is setup for 2 or more players that actually involves 2 scenarios being played concurrently; 'Europe Aflame' and 'Zero Hour'. Included will be convoy pipelines and supply hexes activated by theater option. I have multiple hit ship modeling with most ships and submarines represented in addition to maritime aircraft. Here's a couple of examples:
King George V(29):
6/6 AP=146 defense=463 AA=58 or Yamato(27) 9/9 AP=153 Defense=605 AA=52. The number in parenthesis would be the(player enforced) movement(and doubled for EA), and included in the unit title(as well as house rules regarding engagement). Keep in mind that both of these ships are substantially more powerful than the default Queen Elizabeth class battleship. The convoy pipelines would be one-hex island(s) creating a 'chain' every 3-400km containing EA-style replacement units(only smaller and more easily reconstituted) attackable by air and sea. The created supply points would be tenuous upon the existence of these replacement units. I also plan to model maritime aircraft as well. Someone who really liked the idea of this scenario would help if he liked the plan. As of yet, I've still had no luck getting bio-ed or ODD to work so if you have a working version and would be interested in helping me with this, I would be happy to share ideas and authorship of what could potentially be the most popular TOAW scenario.
