Opponent wanted 1941 or 1942

Hi

Im looking for an opponent for 41 or 42 campaign, I'll play either side and except for the first couple of turns, play at a rate of 2-4 turns a week. I only have a few houserules I like:

Limits on air attacks on one opponent corps to 2 per turn, and limits on the number of missions of the same kind from the same HQ to 2 per turn.

Safe haven "Siberia" airfields for the Russian within 3 hexes of east edge which the german may not attack. They are for training only no attacks can be launced from safe airbases.
