Insurrection areas visible to other players

Not sure whether this would apply to pbem games, but against the AI there are times when (while playing a country other than Austria), the insurrection trigger areas can be seen. I'm not absolutely sure of when this is, but my recollection is that it happened while Austria was playing its land phase. Obviously, that's not knowledge other players should have.

Yikes, as someone playing Austria, this is bad. Please fix this.

I should reiterate that I don't know whether this happens in pbem--just something I noticed against an AI Austria.

I had noticed it before but had not figured it out until last night exactly what it was. Before I would notice on the mini map the colored ares would flash white on Austrias turn but I just thought it was a glitch on the map.. Then as Prussia I could see the actual areas on the map would light up with the white hashes across them just before my turn. so to duplicate it, play Prussia and declare against Austria.. watch your home province while Austria is taking its turn then they should flash up real quick. Not really long enough to figure a way around but they are there.

You can see them for longer if you have "see AI moves" turned on, because then the Austrian turn takes longer. And if they're moving around in that area, you get a nice clear view.

Haven't confirmed yet whether this happens when you load a pbem Austrian turn, which would obviously make this a more significant bug.
