F4 function key bug in detailed combat

To view the battle report during detailed combat I press normaly the F3 function key. But once I have pressed accidental the F4 function key instead of the F3 key and discovered i.m.o. a bug. When pressing the F4 key the whole combat map alter! It looks to me this is a bug.
