Filling Datai with pilots

I was wondering if there is a way to fill Datais (so, japanese side of course) with untrained pilots whyle keeping some good pilots in the pool ?
Or you can only use the trained pool until it's empty ?

Find nothing in the "must read thread" (but i've read the Mogami training method).

Any answer ?

Nope - you can't skip the trained guys. You have to use them up first, then move on to the untrained (half-trained) ones.

Does anyone know if in AE, a player would be able to choose from wich pool come the pilots?

(yeah, i know, some will answer : "Hey, whats AE?" [;)] )

With the IJN Pilot pool I have a 9 aircraft fighter unit that I always keep emptying out using the AK method. I then send groups of 4-6 aircraft out to the combat units as replacements, and keep topping off the 9 aircraft unit from the trained replacement pool. That way I have access at all times to the untrained pool for training and other units.

How can you make it exactly ? (not sure to understand).
My problem is: i have 50 pilots in the IJN pool. If i use the AK method (wich i've just read,so i should understand it a bit...), and send 4-6 AC to a unit, if i want to refill the unit of 9 planes, i will use trained pilots...not untrained...

Well, i'm sorry not to understand everything in the method (and in a foreign language sometimes make the understanding a bit more difficult....[:o] )

Do some searches in here for this topic. I know my opponent, Japan, has a very in depth method of training up pilots as quickly as possible. I've only played allies, so I don't pay much attention to it. I know there's a lot of threads on this, though.

I use up my IJN pilot pool first 2 weeks to fill-out my navy fighter units, and to refit KB airgroups after Pearl Harbour raid. I have found that you have to start training from the start, so you have to empty the pool as soon as possible to get the untrained Pilots out.
