Latest patch on dvd

Is there any way that I can buy the game with the latest patch already on the dvd. You see, I have not high speed internet only a 56k modem and to download something takes forever and ties up my only phone line. Beside if I try doing it at night I usually get bumped offline for one reason or another before the download is finished. Yeah, I know, I'm primitive but high speed with dedicated line costs too much to have, at least in my area. I guess this should be addressed to Matrix staff or shipping department. Downloading patches is my biggest gripe. Thank You

the patch is approx 150mb so will fit on a cd fine.

Is anyone willing to send me the patch on a disk? I would sure appreciate it and would pay whatever you want. Tried downloading the patch many times and just won't work. Problem in my system not the patch. Please and thank you [&o]

How long does it generally take Matrix to update the CD images of their retail games?

I assume it is after they sell their old stock, but I don't know the size of their production runs and inventory levels.

For example, does Carriers At War carry the patched version on the CD?
