Brian,

I just had a CV vs CV battle off the coast of Australia near Cairns were my 5 CV TF of KB (minus Kaga) was met by Lexington and Enterprise at two hex distance. I have sent you the results, but I thought my Zeros did not do as well as I thought they should. I know I'm not that experienced as others playing Japan, but they have been taking more losses than I believe they should be.

I looked in the Editor and you have moved them from slot 3 to 14. Did you do this on purpose to remove the early war Zero bonus?? The A6M2 Zero is in that slot for stock, RHS, and Empire's Ablaze.

I think the stats proove the F4F-3 to be a solid & durable fighter.

While down a bit on mvr, it is ahead on dur & armour.

The US strike suffered 20-25% loss, your counterstrikes went in piecemeal so a few raids suffered heavily and others blew through to sink 2 CV and maybe 2 CA.

Dont be surprised if the next Allied CV attack suffered 50% losses, its in the hands of the random modifier Gods.
