I am getting the run around from you guys with automatic email replies and asking me to sign off a member to get support.
Its been several days now since I reached out for help. My order no is 1649449971

Please all I ask is to get the game file to me by other means since I have not been able to get a clean downlaod as with some otthers.

If you cant or dont want to hep, please just refund me the money (not my preferred option).
