Revolting Delaware

Folks,

Has anyone ever had Delaware revolt on them?

I have a friend who had it revolt in 1863 and suddently there were a couple of Confederate units there. I've been playing this game off and on for over a year and never heard of this before. Just curious. Hes playing under the last offical patch, 1.30 I believe.

Either your friend was mistaken or its a bug.

Delaware is a permanent home state for the Union and can't revolt.

If your friend can confirm thats what happened, he should post it as a bug.

Yeah.  That's pretty much what I thought, and have already told him.  It just sounded so odd that I was curious if it had happened to anyone else.

There is an area below Delaware that is part of Virginia.  This area can revolt if not garrisoned.  It's area 399 Cape Charles, VA.
