WW2: Road to Victory is the first grand strategy release from IQ Software/Wastelands Interactive, which covers World War II in Europe and the Mediterranean. Hex-based and Turn-based, it allows you to choose any combination of Axis, Allied, Neutral, Major or Minor countries to play and gives you full control over production, diplomacy, land, air and naval strategy. Atlantis?

What is the purpose of the one hex sized island North and East of Ireland. It supposedly belongs to the United States, annd I had supposed that it was there to allow American aircraft to translocate to the UK, but by my count it is located 41 hexes from the coast of the NE US.
I am not aware of an American posession located off the coast of Iceland (although it certainly is a good idea.) I'd like to visit and buy a summer cottage.
