Airplanes

On v7 there are not that many planes. Is there any way to get planes? I have been battling for two years (41-43) in North Africa and neither side has gotten planes.

I know that the Allied had air superiority, but it will be nice to have at least a plane or two to do some recon.

If the scenario doesn't have planes 'written' into it you will never see them.

Try 'generating' a battle...from the 'solo play' screen hit the 'battle' button...pick the countries (you will be the country represented by the flag to the left), and the date you want for the battle. Next, hit the 'preferences' button and look for the 'air sections' setting for your country...it should have 'XXXX' (default)in the box...increase it to the number you want. 'Exit' from that screen, and hit 'continue' on the battle screen. That will take you to the 'purchase' screen...in the lower left corner you'll see the # of air sections you have available. Must warn you that you won't get planes 100% of the time; you may need to exit SPWAW and try again.
