Month value seems to be critical to have retreat hex right

Have run a serie of tests buliding random battles using a custom map: whenever I set the battle in the same MONTH as the one that was selected in the scen editor when I edited the map, I got the retreat and reinforcement hex where I had placed them.

Whenever I used a different month (the year is irrelevant) the program overrun my editing and placed the retreat & reinforcement hex on the wrong side of the map.
