Moving HQ's

Perhaps I'm missing it somewhere and this is definetely a beginner question, but how can you move HQ's?

And if you can't move HQ's during the current turn, I'm unclear how I am supposed to replicate Germany's success on the western front in 1914. Right now, my offense peters out whenever I move outside the range of my HQ's.

HQs cannot be ordered to enter hexes that belong to the enemy even if you think you will take them this impulse.  So take the hex and the following impulse move your HQ into it.

I finally figured this out.

I'm not sure its even possible moving a corps one hex per impulse to duplicate Germany's August performance.
