1.08 Bug - Crash file not found

Problem: Crash during a battle on the mine map with the following popup box error:
File Not Found
sounds/grass/003.wav
No dmp file was created for this event.

I checked, there is a 003.wav file in the Hired Guns\basis\sounds\grass directory. The sound file even plays in winamp.
