Napoleon Editor?

It seems BGNW doesnt have a scenario editor like BGCW.I've found downloads of it, but all of them want the actual CD in order to play but since I have the matrix re-release that requires no CD I'm screwed!

Nope your not !!! You will find a post on the next page (tried to link to it but it didn't work for some reason) by Simovitch titled " Matrix BG Napoleon scenario editor workaround"
