Manual Wrong

Hi guys,

I am not sure if the manual is wrong or the game is wrong but since the days of CC4 its been saying the same thing and doing something different. Is it possible to have this fixed once and for all.

The manual (s) say that if an infantry unit is in full supply and suffers less (<) than 60% casualties then it gets refilled from replacements. Thats all fine and dandy, but in reality a five man unit when it suffers three casualties always comes back. Now 3 casualties on a five man unit is exactly 60%, not less. thus according to the rules, that unit should not come back, but they do.

Now in all honesty, I couldn't give a rats arse if it should take 3 or 4 kills to remove a five man team. But it really would be nice if both the manual and the game reflect each other, and as previously stated this error has been around since CC4.

Hey Mark thanks for the feedback.&nbsp; Once the manual is in print I don't believe we can make changes.&nbsp; That's likely why WaR didn't get changed.&nbsp; But I'm checking on&nbsp;if we can make changes to the printed manual or not&nbsp;as there are other manual fixes we'd like to make.&nbsp; My guess is we won't be able to.&nbsp; We'll likely&nbsp;be restricted to making the changes&nbsp;to the electronic version of the manual only.

By the way, Kelly's Heroes is one of my all time favourite movies. The best of both worlds, a war and comedy movie.

RE: Kelly's Heroes - Exactly!&nbsp; Quite a classic.&nbsp; Have it on DVD off the $4 rack.&nbsp; Not a model of historical realism[X(] but good entertainment.&nbsp; They&nbsp;didn't take themselves or the too seriously which made it work.&nbsp; An all-star cast for sure.
