Beware in Brevands!

Post by panzerlehr62 »

For some reason, the new beta .01b patch could mess up the ownership of the flags.

Patched the game right after the first 2 day battles on turn 1 (2 beach maps).

For some reason (I thk there was a deployment change made in patch on that map?) most off all flags changed back to german (Allies had all but last flag in lower left after the night battle there due to moral break on German side, was a very aggressively fought battle on both sides over that bridge).

Next battle (turn 1 day 1), only flags Allies had were a couple by the bridge area. Wasnt nothing major, basically had to waste 1 turn there to straigthen it all back out. Just beware the patch could cause a problem there, maybe play that map before you patch if you havnt allrdy! Everythg was fine with all the other maps that were played during the night turn.

Gz...

The Brevands map was made larger.

Extended at the top so initial deployment by Allies didn't give them ground on the other side of the river.

This also meant moving the VL... so, yes there could be a problem for any saved games.
