Dictator Vanishes if you seize palace but don't talk to him.

Hi,
Playing around with trying to get the game to misbehave (and looking for a spelling error I saw) I found that if you:

- Attack the Palace (after having seized all the important sectors).
- Kill all the enemies but not the Dictator.
- Leave the map without talking to the Dictator (or even leave whilst talking to the Dictator but before finishing the conversation!)

When you enter the map again (which is now controlled by the Client / possibly whatever other faction you were fighting for) the Dictator is no longer around, and thus you can't continue (or finish) the plotline.

This was found in V1.08 but I suspect it affects earlier versions too.

Great, thanks. I'll try to reproduce that myself and if I can get that reliable I will definitely see that it's fixed.
