TUTORIAL GUIDE ON CD

I ordered WAR PLAN ORANGE today and got the digital download version. On page 15 of the PDF manual it says there is a TUTORIAL GUIDE ON THE CD.

Is there any way you can email that TUTORIAL GUIDE?

I'd really like to get that TUTORIAL GUIDE.
