New players may not be aware of this, but player profiles list all-time season stats for real players. The game is not only a pleasurable simulation but is also a self-contained Baseball Encyclopedia. For historical players, it can draw comparisons between PS stats and real stats.

Is there any way to see those stats for all players at one time while viewing a team's roster?

No. Real-life career stats can only be viewed by clicking on an invidual player profile.

Bummer. That's the same deal as OOTP. I must be the only person who has ever conceived of a solo draft league where you draft real players onto fictional franchises, and then want to set vs LHP and vs RHP lineups and rotations based on real stats. [&:]
