Not a Known ANW Issue? #06 - List Issue #11 All Ammo not available

Post by Bucks »

11. All ammo not available

300 rounds of ammo are shown, but only 44 are offered for fire allocation.

The attached files are unavailable to anyone not a member of the game squad forums. I'd like to point to the complaint contained within this post:

fb.asp?m=2140863
Any process that needs to hide behind a username and password is not open and public.

I was asked for a User/Pass and that's not open or public is it? At least AGSI make the required User/Pass available for those wishing to try out the Beta process, I didn't see the same courtesy extended in this case.

More than happy to look at it when the test/saved files are available for all to examine.

Cheers

You really should just drop the attitude. This is another very valid point you've raised. I didn't think it was a problem since you are a member of GameSquad and have posted over there on a number of occasions.

However, there's no point in fighting over silly stuff like this. I'm sure that everyone is more than happy to make files fully and publicly available. After all, hiding bugs and problems would not be in the best interest of paying customers. Of course, the Harpoon community can only hope for the same level of openness from AGSI for it's processes and fora.

The file you seek has been posted to:

for your convenience.

Posted June 2007 Herman, after two years I'm just so active there, unlike yourself I have better things to do than sit on forums. I wouldn't even know what my log in is after 2 years and sorry but I have enough to do without monitoring every forum.

I take exception to suggesting I have an attitude, why because I'm attempting to deal with this and reduce it as fast as possible?

I don't have time to waste on debating points like this, if I click a link I expect to get the file as described, not to be asked for a User/Pass. You took the same attitude to AGSI's Beta process, where's the difference in the two "attitudes"?

You really should just drop the attitude. You've just confirmed that you actually had access to a forum you claimed was a barrier to you getting the files. Now that you have the file, you continue to complain about the attitudes of others along with a litany of other excuses. If that doesn't define your attitude, nothing will.

The difference between GameSquad and Matrix is that anyone can gain access to GameSquad without reservation by simply registering. No approval process at all. The same cannot be said for access to AGSI:

Now, how about turning this discussion back to bugs instead of forum access management?
