I am not getting the upgrade. Why is that?
Already dowmloaded the patch and copied and pasted it to CEAW and, of course, nothing

Panzer -

I just re-installed the game on my VISTA system. Easy, if you have the ZIP file all you do is extract to the CEaW Root Directory (ie C:\Matrix\Commander Europe at War) and toy should be good to go - Don't copy, just extract - All the right files will be put in the right place.
