Using WITP tracker

Post by jerrylt2008 »

Hello,

I bet this has been asked and answered but I would like to know is can I print out the lists and reports generated in WITP? I would like to know how to use this tool by printing out the data so I can have the printout in front of me while I have the game open. This way I can read it and track ships, TF's, LCU's, etc. This way I can track airgroup remnants and so forth.

Hi jerrylt2008,

I use two monitors - Tracker on one and WiTP on the other. I use the -w switch in my WiTP shortcut which puts WiTP in Windows mode.

"C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific\War in the Pacific.exe" -w

If you only have 1 monitor you can toggle between WiTP and Tracker. If you have two monitors you can see both at the same time.

There is no print feature at this time in Tracker.

While there is no "print" function, we did an Export to CSV function, which will allow you to import into Excel/scalc and then print from there. Granted, the export is just for a limited set of information at this time.

Delete the trackerdb.* files.
Copy the pwsdll.dll file from the game folder to the WitPTracker folder.
Try running the WitPTracker.bat again.
