Campaigns???

Post by Bart »

Why arent there any campaigns? Those were the best things in the steel panthers series. Its great to change the outcome of the war with a campaign. So why arent there any in this otherwise very cool game? Why only scenarios?

But there are, Bart. And there is a whole section in the manual about the special use of them.

The user edited campaigns require a different setup and use. They are there, but I strongly recommend that you read pages 83ff to see how they are installed and maintained.

This is due to the SSI setup of this part of the game.

There are three campaigns in the game:

Patton Takes Charge in Tunisia
The Eagle Cry (101st Airborne)
With a Vengeance (French Armored)

And if you can't find them in the game, you can always download them from the SPWAW game depot, but they should be there in a folder titled campaigns.
