2009 Mid Year Template

Post by puresimmer »

OK, I uploaded a 2009 association template. It has all the players on the correct teams, correct logos and parks as well as the 2009 schedule.

The 2009 stats are based on a straight line projection as of June 28th.

I'd appreciate it if you guys have a look. I did everything in automated fashion so I am sure there are a few discrepancies.

Anyways, it's still a lot of fun. I just simmed the season and the Red Sox beat the Braves in the World Series 4-2 :)

To use it, unzip it into your psa_template folder. Then when you create a new association, choose "From Template" and select MLB_2009 from the dropdown.

Hey Shaun,

I have downloaded this template, but I do have a question for those who use the 35 man rosters. How does it work with only 10 players in the minors? Do the players progress faster? Since you don't start out with scrubs do you have to cut upto 5 players to have room for the draft? I am not sure and was hoping for a little advice on how it works with the smaller rosters. i know stupid question, but I thought I should ask as I am used to playing with a larger roster (50 players).

Thanks

Thanks

but still got to wonder how the game works with stats and postions

Kerry Woods, may be injury prone, but he does not have low Vel (also he is the closer not a relief man)

V Martiniz, is a 1st baseman, and can not play Catcher ? (Bold 1st base, red Catcher)

the Tribe is having a bad year, but come on

:)
