Game will not start???

Got a problem already with this game. Just downloaded from Matrix. Wanted to try it out. Installed and used valid Install Key. Go to run the game... NOTHING. I tried the quick launch... NOTHING. I even looked at Task Manager... NOTHING happening. I can run updates and it says I'm running latest version. Kinda of dispointed as I would like to try this game while I have plenty of free time this weekend.

I understand this is a new game. Yes, my PC does beat all the specs by a great margin. QX9650, 4GB Ram, Dual 300gb Velocioraptors, GTX 295 and so-on...

I've heard of problems with this game having DRM issue's? I keep a tight ship and have to run daemon tools for work. So any help would be appreciated.

Hi Speedo,

Sorry to hear you're having problems getting the game to work. This release of the game does not have any kind of unusual DRM, just our normal serial number system. A few questions/requests:

1. Could you post a DxDiag file for us please?

2. Did you turn off any anti-virus/security software when installing? If not, please uninstall and reinstall with that off, then try running it with that still off just to see if anything could have been interfering.

3. Are you running as Administrator?

4. Have you updated your video/audio drivers? Have you tried setting them to default settings for this game if you have anything set to non-default levels?

5. Is there a .dmp file generated in your installation folder?
