French I corps missing again

Marshal,

I am hosting a new game. We are using 1.05.05 . During setup, the French I Corps disappeared. It was at Strasbourg w/Napoleon. Now Napoleon is alone. The corps was full (25 I, 3 C).
In addition, the GB player received 3 extra Cav factors (7 instead of 4). He went ahead and placed them in a garrison in Birmingham (which now shows a garrison of 0 factors). Have not seen this problem mentioned anywhere.
I have attached the game file. Can you fix these 2 problems, replacing French I Corps and eliminate Birmingham garrison? I know that the 1.06 release is imminent, but I have a few players hounding me.
