Freez and or crash

Post by Titanwarrior89 »

Playing the Bastogne scenario. All most completed it then the screen changes color with alot of dots and get out of the game and have to hit the power button. Did this 3 times.

The fourth time it crashed to the desk top and the famous blue screen came up. Windows auto restart.

I have a geforce 6800, laptop 2.2 gig, 2gig ram. Don't know it ran so good then this? Also installed the direct x 9.c

NOTE: This is a edit. It seems that if I roll the mouse wheel to quick when zooming in may have something to do with the problems I have encounter. When I zoom in slower the game runs fine.

Hi,

Could you post a DxDiag for us please?

Also, in the installation folder, do you see any files with the .dmp extension?

Hi Titanwarrior89,

I just posted the DxDiag instructions in a pinned thread in this forum. Let me know if you have any questions on that.
