I'd like to send my ships to specific systems where I have colonies. In Divided Galaxies, my routing choices seem to be limited to the systems which appear in the navigation popup menu. Is there some procedure for sending a ship to a destination which is not in the popup (other than on a colonization mission). I have gone through the PDF manual, but haven't found any guidance. Please advise.

Select the system from the map first, then it'll be in the navigation menu.
