Hey there I seem to have a problem ... On entering the scenario screen I don't seems to have a settings panel so I am unable to continue and play the game. Has anyone else had this problem?

Sorry it is the next screen. Where you choose game type and country. My game does not show the setting panel so if I press OK it says there has to be one human player.

It sounds like you haven't change any of the countries to your control.

There are three options under the list of countries, one switches the country to human control. You can do this with multiple countries.

Well, that is going to make it tough indeed. Be sure and get a DxDiag file for the developers. I guess you know this is what it should look like!

I had this problem with RtV, and it persisted with ToW. I made sure my video drivers were up to date, and everything was fine.

Then, when I came back to the game after using several other applications, it started again. So, I did a soft reboot, and - voila - the display was correct again.

I'm not sure why this happens or what application (or applications) it is that change my driver setup (nVidia GeForce 8500GT) so as to create this anomaly, but, as you see, I have a workaround.

It starts with making sure your drivers are up to date.

Glad to be of some practical use. This was driving me nuts until I realized that I had the wrong info on how current my drivers were.

Hey - if it messes up again, and you have to reboot to straighten it out, post again. I'd love to figure out why THAT happens.
