Yes, I know it's asked a lot and I know there are solutions on the FAQ, but none of them work for me.

I bought this game about 18 months ago, but since then almost all my details have changed. My email has changed, my credit card probably has but otherwise I am able to confirm all details. The problem is, I can't find a way to contact anybody about it and the FAQ just sends me round in circles. Who can I contact to sort out my license? I also need to download the game again.
