AP=2 now shows up in RED

AP=2 now shows up in RED

Take a look at the It. armor or motor div. near Tobruck.

Both of them show RED shaded hexes with AP=2.

Is my save corrupted?

Everything is fine, attack cost is 3AP due to land warfare doctrine of Italy
