OB and Pool error

In ver 2.3 I get Aircraft #60 (L3Y Tina) pool aircraft showing in the allied pool instead of the Japanese pool. The aircraft can be drawn from the pool normally by the Japanese player, however.

Air Group #505 44th BG. This B-24 unit (the "Eightballs") belonged to the 8th airforce in England. Took part in the low level raid on Ploesti with the 9th AF on 1 Aug 43 then returned to the 8th AF's 2nd bomb division and remained in Europe until VE day.

The Cruisers New Orleans (ship# 206) and Astoria (ship# 210) are transposed in the 41 campaign Historical first turn OB. New Orleans was in Pearl Harbour (LOC 213) and Astoria escorted Lexington to Midway (LOC 253) TF53.

The 13th and the 48th BG also did not serve in the Pacific, I am also thinking about removing the 27th BG as well, since it was in the Pacific for less then 6 months.
