Greetings,

It is wished to know the equation for aircraft production cost and if there is a difference in supply cost for increased aircraft durability. (example difference between cost of 50 durability with 2 engines versus 30 durability and once engine). It is wished also to know how much supply is consumed for engine factories and aircraft assembly plants.

Hi. Heavy industry is consumed to produce aircraft. To build each airframe, you 18 HI per engine required. In addition, you need 18 HI to build each engine. Therefore you need a total of 36 HI to build a one engined aircraft and 72 HI to build a 2 engined aircraft.

Edit: Durability has no impact on the cost to build aircraft.
