Same question here.  Ordered hard copy on 27 July in afternoon by phone with next day mail option for an extra 20 bucks on top of regular shipping.
I then saw a post by erik that shipping was delayed til like the 28th or 29th.  I called back and informed them (the company taking the orders.not matrix) of this and asked to have them ship regular and adjust my cc bill to reflect this.  They did so gladly but as of 4 days later I still do not have an e mail with a UPS tracking # that confirms it shipped. 
Not griping.......just wondering.  As far as I know nothing has happened.
