strange window behavior

Not sure if this has already been reported....

steps to repeat (I'm doing this on turn 1 as the allies)

click on a multiple task force icon, as in the pearl harbor hex.
click on any of the task forces to open it
go into the set routing window
you dont need to do anything in here, exit the window, the focus returns to the map
again click the multiple task force icon

clicking on any task force will not open it, the map re-centers on the selected hex and no windows open.

a bug ?

just wanting to know if anyone tried to repeat this behavior ? it makes managing existing task force's routing very tedious...
