Does the CPU set individual player usage? Im sure it uses the Manager/GM Tendencies to a certain degree, but I would feel like Im getting an unfair advantage over the CPU if I set individual player usage and the CPU does not, so I dont use them in my solo league. However, if the CPU does set usage for individuals, I wouldnt feel bad doing so myself.
