"Continuous" turn cycle doesn't work in head to head

"Continuous" turn cycle doesn't work in head to head

Title mostly says it all. in head to head, every time I set "continuous" as the turn mode, after the allied end turn it resets the turn cycle to 1 and runs a single turn.

Continuous is reserved for AI games
