Bug? Map port/anchor Kiska Island

The Thousend-Mile War Szenario-Hex: Kiska Island:

On the map sometimes (from day to day) the anchor symbol is seen, sometimes there is no anchor symbol.

I don´t now how to send pictures here.

Are you Japan or the Allies? IIRC the anchor only appears when ships are disbanded in port...
