I have recently replaced my computer and am attemptting to download the game again. I purchased the extended download service but am unable to find how to download the game again.

Can anyone provide some direction?

You need to go over the Matrix Store page to redownload.

You look next under Store FAQs.

There you click "How do I redownload software that I have purcased?"
